I was brought on to revitalize the Century 21 redesign—a high-stakes project that had stalled due to brand misalignment and significant design file fragmentation. At the time of my arrival, the planning team lacked a clear path forward, and stakeholders were navigating a period of 'decision paralysis' regarding the site's visual language. My role was to audit and triage the design assets to establish a unified branding direction.

Navigating a brand in transition, I worked with Century 21’s Marketing team to identify which 'Old Brand' elements to retire and which 'New Brand' assets to prioritize for the web. My team and I led workshops to resolve the 'decision paralysis' that often accompanies brand evolution, aligning the Marketing and Planning departments on a single path forward. This collaborative effort secured a commitment to a visual direction that honored the new brand identity without exceeding the technical parameters of the launch.

To accelerate the feedback loop and eliminate communication silos, I opened the Figma design environment to the Century 21 Marketing team. By providing full transparency into the work-in-progress files, I empowered stakeholders to leave real-time comments and annotations. This move shifted the review process from lengthy, scheduled meetings to an agile, asynchronous workflow, significantly reducing the turnaround time for edits and ensuring that the strategic vision for each unique section of the site was accurately captured and executed.

After months of strategic realignment and cross-functional collaboration, the new Century 21 digital experience successfully launched in December 2025. By resolving the initial 'decision paralysis' and establishing a transparent, asynchronous workflow, we were able to deliver a high-fidelity site that honored the brand’s new visual identity while remaining fully compatible with the universal template. The launch marked a major milestone for the organization, restoring stakeholder confidence and providing Century 21 with a modern, scalable platform that effectively bridges the gap between their legacy heritage and their future brand direction.
